1-8-5: FIXING OF SALARIES:

   A.   Elected Officials:

      1.   The following elected City personnel shall be paid salaries as set by the Council by ordinance or resolution:

         Mayor;

         City Clerk; and

         City Treasurer.

      2.   The following elected City personnel shall be paid wages as set by the Council by ordinance or resolution:

         Council members.

   B.   Other Personnel: The Council, by motion or resolution or inclusion of a plan within the budget, may fix the compensation of other personnel.
