7-1-20: INOPERABLE VEHICLE:
   A.   Definition: An INOPERABLE VEHICLE is a motor vehicle, the condition of which is wrecked, dismantled, abandoned, junked, partially dismantled, incapable of operation by its own power on a public street, or from which the wheel(s), engine, tire(s), transmission, or any substantial part thereof has been removed, a tire(s) is flat, and/or which has affixed thereto an unexpired license plate.
   B.   Prohibition: No person shall park, store, leave, or permit the parking, storing or leaving, of any abandoned, partially dismantled, nonoperating, wrecked or junked vehicle in the open upon a public street, right-of-way or alley for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
