7-1-11: AUTHORIZING OR PERMITTING VIOLATIONS PROHIBITED:
No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a vehicle owned by him, registered in his name or under his control, to be driven, parked or stopped in violation of any provision of this title. No parent of any child or guardian of any ward shall cause, authorize or knowingly permit such child or ward to violate any provision of this title.
