The wards and boundaries shall be as follows:
WARD 1: All that area within the corporate limits of the city north and west of a line commencing on the east boundary of said city limits where same intersects with the centerline of Jefferson Street; thence west along said centerline of Jefferson Street to a point on the centerline of North “A” Street; thence north along said centerline of North “A” Street to the point of intersection with the city limits; thence due west to the point of intersection with western most boundary of the corporate limits, said point being one foot (1') east of the west Section line of Section 12, Township 13 North, Range 13 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma;
WARD 2: All that area within the corporate limits of the city south and west of Ward 1 and north of a line commencing at a point where the most easterly portion of the boundary line of the corporate limits intersects with the north boundary line of West Ozark Street (U.S. Highway No. 62); thence westerly, parallel and adjacent to the north line of West Ozark Street (U.S. Highway No. 62), to the point of its intersection with the centerline of North fifth (N. 5th) Street; thence north along the centerline of said North Fifth (N. 5th) Street across the abandoned railroad right-of-way and continuing on the centerline of said North Fifth (N. 5th) Street to a point where same intersects with the centerline of Washington Street; thence west along the centerline of said Washington Street to a point where same intersects with the centerline of North Third (N. 3rd) Street; thence south along said centerline of said North Third (N. 3rd) Street to a point on the centerline of Okmulgee Street; thence west along the centerline of said Okmulgee Street to its point of intersection with the centerline of North First (N. 1st) Street; thence south along the centerline of North First (N. 1st) Street to the point of its intersection with the north boundary line of West Ozark Street (U.S. Highway No. 62); thence west along the northern boundary line of said West Ozark Street, said West Ozark Street also being known as U.S. Highway #62, to the point of its intersection with the western most boundary line of said corporate city limits, said point being one foot (1') east of west Section line of Section 12, Township 13 North, Range 13 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma;
WARD 3: All that area within the corporate limits of the city south of Ward 2 and north of a line commencing at a point on the centerline of Peoria Street where same intersects with the east line of the corporate city limits; thence due west along said centerline of Peoria Street to a point where same intersects with the western most boundary of the corporate limits, said point being one foot (1') east of the west Section line of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 13 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma; and
WARD 4: All that area within the corporate city limits south of a line commencing at a point on the centerline of Peoria Street where same intersects with the east line of the corporate city limits; thence due west along said centerline of Peoria Street to a point where same intersects with the western most boundary of the corporate limits, said point being one foot (1') east of the west Section line of Section 13, Township 13 North, Range 13 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma.
