§ 33.03 WHEN; WHERE; QUORUM.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees shall hold one regular meeting per month. This meeting shall be held at a place designated by the Board of Trustees prior to the meeting on the first Tuesday of each month, except if the first Tuesday is a legal holiday or if the first Tuesday is before the fifth day of the month, then such regular meeting shall be held on the second Tuesday of the month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board of Trustees may, be a majority vote of the Trustees present at the regular monthly meeting immediately before, move the date of a regular monthly meeting if necessary to accommodate matters of scheduling and agenda items, provided that the monthly meeting during any month is no later than the fifteenth day of that month. All regular meetings shall be held at 7:00 p.m.
   (B)   (1)   At all meetings of the Board of Trustees, a majority of the Trustees shall constitute a quorum to do business. A smaller number may adjourn from day to day and may compel the attendance of absent members.
      (2)   On the request of any two members, whether a quorum is present or not, all absent members shall be sent for and compelled to attend.
   (C)   At the hour appointed for the meeting, the Village Clerk shall proceed to call the roll of members and announce whether a quorum is present. If a quorum is present, the Board shall be called to order by the Chairperson.
