§ 30.09 APPOINTIVE OFFICERS.
   The Board of Trustees shall appoint a Attorney, Clerk-Treasurer, Police Chief, department heads and Superintendent. Such appointments shall be made by the Chairperson with approval of two of the members of the Board.
