§ 71.38 RIDING ON OUTSIDE OF VEHICLES; PERMITTING; PROHIBITED.

No person shall ride on the running board, hood, top, fender or other exterior part of any motor vehicle that is in the process of being started or is in motion on any street or parking lot within the village. Nor shall the driver of such motor vehicle knowingly permit any person to ride in such a manner.
