§ 50.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SUBSCRIBER. Any individual, political subdivision, company, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, commercial business of any nature, or any other individual or entity receiving services from a public or private utility company, including the village.
