(A) If the proposed plans are in accordance with the requirements of this chapter and the Zoning Code, the application shall be marked approved and, upon completion of construction of the trailer camp in accordance with the application, the Clerk will issue a trailer camp license. The license shall have marked thereon the maximum number of trailers permitted under the license.

(B) A trailer camp license shall be issued for the period of August l to August 1. Application for renewal and payment of the annual occupation tax shall be made on or before August l of each year. The license shall be renewed unless, in the opinion of the Village Board, the trailer camp is not being operated in accordance with this chapter.
