Any person, firm or corporation desiring to operate a trailer camp shall make application therefor to the Village Clerk. The application shall be accompanied with a drawing showing the number of trailer houses to be parked, the description and size of the proposed area, location and description of electric light, garbage, sewage, and water facilities, and such other information as the Clerk may request. An occupation tax of $10 shall be paid at time of filing such application, to be credited to the General Fund.
