No person, firm, corporation or association shall manufacture or keep for sale or sell alcoholic liquor, beer or other fermented beverages within the village without first having obtained a license to do so, as provided by the laws of the State of Nebraska and terms of this chapter, and paying the appropriate occupation tax.
