§ 111.01 PEDDLER DEFINED.
   For purpose of this chapter, any person who offers goods or services in exchange for money or a pledge of money or who offers goods or services, at retail, for purposes of consumption or use, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the purchaser, as an inducement for the payment of money or pledge of money shall be considered a PEDDLER and shall comply herewith.
