§ 94.44 UNCOLLARED DOGS.

All dogs found running at large upon the streets and public grounds of the municipality without a collar or harness are declared a public nuisance. Uncollared dogs found running at large shall be destroyed or impounded by the person so designated by the Board of Trustees.
