§ 93.040 GRADING, PAVING AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   The municipality has the power to provide for the grading and repair of any street, avenue, or alley. No street, avenue, or alley shall be graded unless the grading is ordered to be done by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Board of Trustees.
(Neb. RS 17-508)
   (B) The Board of Trustees may grade, partially or to an established grade, change grade, curb, recurb, gutter, regutter, pave, gravel, regravel, macadamize, remacadamize, widen, or narrow streets or roadways, resurface or relay existing pavement, or otherwise improve any streets, alleys, public grounds, public ways, entirely or partially, and streets which divide the village corporate area and the area adjoining the village.
