§ 93.031 RIDING OR DRIVING ON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS.

It is declared unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, or their agents, to ride, drive or permit to pass any horses, mules, oxen, cattle, or other teams or any vehicle drawn thereby or any motor vehicle or motorcycle upon any sidewalk within the corporate limits of this village.
