§ 93.029 AWNINGS IN SIDEWALK.
   All awnings hereafter erected shall be of canvas on iron frames or wood and elevated at least seven feet at the lowest part from the top of the sidewalk and shall not project over the sidewalk to exceed three-fourths of the width thereof. They shall be supported without posts by iron brackets or by any framework attacked firmly to the building so as to leave the sidewalk wholly unobstructed thereby. If any person shall erect any awning contrary to the provisions hereof, he shall be subject to a fine.
