§ 93.011 ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY; PUBLIC MEETING.
   The village shall acquire an interest in real property by purchase or eminent domain only after the Board of Trustees has authorized the acquisition by action taken in a public meeting after notice and public hearing.
