§ 92.40 PUBLIC EVENTS.

(A) Applications for a permit to hold a public event which may violate the provisions of this chapter shall be made to the Village Clerk or his or her duly authorized representative. The permit shall be valid only at the specific times, dates, and conditions noted in the permit.

(B) A permit shall be deemed granted in the case of a parade and no further application will be necessary.
