It shall be unlawful for any person to park or place any vehicle in front of a public or private driveway, within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing, on a crosswalk or within 16 feet on the south side or 32 feet on the north side of the crosswalk located in the 500 block of Center Avenue. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99.
