The Board of Trustees may, by resolution, prohibit the parking or stopping except for loading or unloading of passengers or freight, of vehicles at the curb on streets directly in front of any entrance to a school house, school building, or theater, and such curbs adjacent to the entrance of a school house, school building, or theater shall be painted red to indicate such prohibition.
