§ 71.33 YIELD TO PEDESTRIAN SIGNS.
   Traffic control designated as "yield right-of-way to pedestrians" or similar markings conveying the same meaning shall be erected in such places and in the manner designated by the Village Board, and the operator of every vehicle shall, upon approaching any such sign where pedestrians are present with a marked crosswalk, bring the motor vehicle to a complete stop and shall remain stopped until the pedestrians are no longer present in the crosswalk.
