§ 71.25 U-TURNS.
   U-TURN is defined as a change in direction, in one continuous movement, of more than 110 degrees. U-turns shall not be made on any street or alley except at a street intersection. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, determine by resolution, intersections at which a U-turn is not permitted; at such intersections "NO U-TURN" signs shall be placed, and it shall be unlawful to make a U-turn at any such intersection.
