§ 70.09 CONSTRUCTION OF PROVISIONS IN CIVIL SUIT.

Nothing in this title shall be construed as justifying, absolving or rendering blameless, either directly or indirectly, any person operating or owning any vehicle for any injury or damage to person or property due to recklessness, incompetency or negligence in the operation of any vehicle.
