Backflow and backsiphonage prevention devices designed to be tested shall be tested for proper operation annually or when necessary in the opinion of the village. Testing shall be by such person as may be designated by the village at a charge to the customer of $5 per inspection. Any required maintenance or repairs shall be at the expense of the customer and subject to the approval of the village.
