§ 52.64 PREVENTION DEVICES REQUIRED.
   A backflow or backsiphonage prevention device approved by the village shall be installed at the customer’s expense in the customer service pipe when any of the following conditions are found by the village:
   (A)   Premises having an auxiliary water supply;
   (B)   Premises in which, in the opinion of the village, substances are handled in a manner as to create an actual or potential hazard to the public water supply;
   (C)   Premises having existing or potential internal cross connections;
   (D)   Premises where in the opinion of the village it is impossible or impractical to make a complete cross connection premises survey;
   (E)   Premises having more than one customer service pipe.
