(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to construct, install, or maintain any of the below described facilities within a horizontal distance, as set forth below, from any village water well.

(B) In addition to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code, the village may seek injunctive relief in the District Court to enjoin any continuing or recurring violation of this section.
