For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Includes cans, bottles, refuse, animal or vegetable matter, manure, offal, and other waste or discarded material.
TRASH. Includes paper, dry vegetation, leaves, sticks, and branches.
