The village shall ensure supervisors designated to determine whether or not reasonable suspicion exists to require an employee to undergo testing under C.F.R. 382.307 receive at least 60 minutes of training on recognizing alcohol misuse, and receive at least 60 minutes of training on recognizing controlled substance abuse. The training shall cover physical, behavioral, speech, and performance indicators of probable alcohol misuse and use of controlled substances.
