§ 72.001 STANDARDS OF SAFETY ADOPTED BY REFERENCE

   The Kentucky Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code), as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:040 by the commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction on the advice and recommendation of the state fire marshal, is hereby adopted in full by reference, as if fully set out herein.  Copies of the code book are available through the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction, 1047 U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
