§ 71.999  PENALTY
   (A)   Any employee of the Mayor who shall make public any information in violation of § 71.010 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 71.011(F)(1) and § 71.011(F)(2) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both.

   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 71.014 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both.
