“BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR.” The public employee charged with the administration of the planning and zoning ordinances of the city and his assistants, if any.
“PROPERTY REVIEW COMMISSION.” Includes "vacant property review commission" and means a commission established by this chapter to review orders and decisions of the building administrator and to review vacant properties for blight and deterioration and make a written determination of such reviews with certification thereof to the City Council.
