§ 66.001 SOLICITING FROM ROADWAYS PROHIBITED
   No person shall stand, place containers, set up stands or otherwise solicit, request, or ask for donations in or near the public roadways, nor shall they attempt to sell, give away, or conduct any other activity in conjunction with a request for donations in or near the public roadways without first obtaining a permit from the city.
