§ 65.999 PENALTY
   Each transaction conducted without a permit shall be a violation of this chapter. Any person convicted of vending without a permit shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty- five dollars ($25.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) per transaction.
