Any persons, partnerships or corporations violating any of the regulations of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and that for each day of failing to comply with the regulations shall be considered a separate offense, plus costs or suspension of license to operate.
