§ 62.011 COMPLIANCE WITH CABLE COMMUNICATIONS POLICY ACT
   The city and each grantee shall comply with the provisions of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984. To the extent that any provision set forth in this chapter or any ordinance regarding a nonexclusive franchise or in any accepted bid regarding a nonexclusive franchise is inconsistent with the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, the provisions of the Cable Communications Policy Act shall control.
