§ 62.007 CITY NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES
   Each grantee shall hold the city, its elected or appointed officials, its agents, servants or employees, safe and harmless from all damages or claims for damages arising out of the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of the CATV system.
