§ 51.101 APPOINTMENT OF ENFORCING OFFICER
   The City Council shall appoint one or more enforcement officers, and said enforcement officers shall be designated as the Animal Control Officers or other names as determined by the council. Said Animal Control Officers shall enforce provisions of this chapter.
