§ 51.002 FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS
   This chapter shall not prohibit the operation of county fair or other showing, exhibiting or keeping of any livestock and/or poultry animals for such showing and/or exhibiting is carried out or sponsored by the city, county or any non-profit organization within the city or county with the permission of the city.
