§ 40.106  APPROPRIATION OF FINES
   (A)   All revenues collected from parking fines in the city should be and are hereby designated, ordered and directed to be deposited in the General Funds for the city.
   (B)   Such funds shall be used in accordance with the usual rules and restrictions of the General Fund and shall be under the control of the City Council.
