§ 40.104  PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
   It shall be unlawful for anyone not lawfully possessing a parking permit for persons with disabilities issued pursuant to KRS 189.456, to use a parking space, whether publicly or privately owned, which has been marked with the universal handicapped symbol.
