(A) Any solid waste hauler desiring to provide residential service within the city must apply, on an application provided by the city, for a permit to provide such service or provide a copy of an approved permit from the city.
(B) Each residential solid waste hauler desiring to provide residential service must renew its permit each year.
(C) All permits shall be subject to city approval in its complete discretion.
(D) Each residential solid waste hauler shall disclose during the permit process and thereafter as changed, a list of employees working for them.
