(A) The sewer connection and all building sewers from the building to the public sewer main line shall be inspected and subject to testing before the underground portion is covered by the superintendent or his authorized representative.
(B) The applicant for discharge shall notify the superintendent when the building sewer and connection are ready for inspection.
