§ 26.302 FORM OF FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
   The financial disclosure statement shall be filed on a form prescribed by the Barren River Regional Board of Ethics. The Board shall deliver to the county court clerk a copy of the form for each officer required to file the statement, no later than February 15 of each year. The failure to deliver the form shall not relieve an individual of the obligation to file the financial disclosure statement.
