§ 23.118  RECEIPT REQUIRED TO PROCESS INVOICE FOR PAYMENT
   No invoice for goods or services shall be processed for payment without proof of receipt by the city of the goods or services, which shall be in the form of written attestation by the receiving department head or other authorized city official.
