§ 22.304  MUTUAL AID ARRANGEMENTS
   The Mayor of the city with the consent of the governing body may develop, or cause to be developed, arrangements for mutual aid with adjacent counties and jurisdictions and other public and private agencies for emergency response assistance in case of emergency or disaster situations too great to be overcome by the use of local available resources.
