§ 22.302  SHARED FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   The functions and responsibilities of the director of the local disaster response organizations shall be shared by the elected and appointed heads of all jurisdictional services and agencies with an emergency response capability during an emergency or disaster.
