§ 22.003 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
   The Police Department is authorized to enforce all ordinances, statutes and laws for the city, county, state and federal governments and collect all delinquent taxes, parking meter monies, and attend court and council meetings and all other duties as set out by ordinances and/or statutes.
