§ 21.303  OTHER REPRESENTATIONAL DUTIES
   The City Attorney shall not be precluded, by virtue of his appointment, from representing any corporation, authority, board or commission which is associated with the city.  Furthermore, the City Attorney shall not be presumed to be counsel for any such corporation, authority, board or commission, which entities shall be free to employ counsel of their choice.
