The City Administrative Officer/City Clerk shall be paid an amount of $15.73 per hourly rate. The salary may be altered or increased by the City Council by amending this article. Salary increases shall follow the compensation plan set out by the city. In establishing or altering the salary, the City Council may consider the duties performed by the City Administrative Officer/City Clerk, the quality of past job performance, the subject’s experience and ability to carry out tasks as designated.
