§ 21.203 TERMS OF OFFICE
   The City Administrative Officer/City Clerk shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the City Council. The City Administrative Officer/City Clerk may be removed by the Mayor at-will. Prior to assuming the duties of the office of City Administrative Officer/City Clerk shall take an oath of office, pursuant to § 228 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
